I recently stayed at a hotel just off the thruway and had a great experience. I stayed for one night and brought my dog along, which was very convenient. The room was clean and newly renovated, with a comfortable bed and a shower with good water pressure. The self-check-in option worked well for my late arrival, and the staff was friendly in their messages. The hotel had well-lit halls and security cameras everywhere, making me feel safe. Additionally, the essential amenities like toilet paper, towels, and sheets were provided, and they smelled clean with a hint of bleach. a pleasant stay.

Not much. Staff was rude when we asked for another key late in the evening after locking original in my truck.

Conveniently located for overnight stay while traveling on I-90 in NY. Close to downtown and easy access to the thruway. The friendly staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Clean rooms with easy parking and WiFi that reached all rooms. The receptionist even showed us where to go for laundry.
